Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within the UAE only, covering all 7 Emirates:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders. This covers standard delivery to any location across the UAE.
Delivery Timeframe
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Dubai warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification when it ships.

Shipping Delays
