Our 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item is defective or not as described

100% Refund or Replacement Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will offer you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • A free replacement shipped to you at no additional cost

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at info@btnaturals.ae with your order number
  2. Describe the issue clearly (wrong item, damaged, defective)
  3. Attach a photo of the product if it is damaged or defective
  4. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened and used (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods (teas, dried herbs, food products) once opened
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
  • Replacements are dispatched within 1–3 business days

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@btnaturals.ae or WhatsApp +971 54 777 0522 if you need to cancel.
